REFUND SYSTEM
KH SUMMERCAMP IS A CASHLESS EVENT, ALL TOKENS CAN BE REFUNDED AFTER THE EVENT. TO BE ABLE TO REFUND YOUR WALLET YOU NEED AN ACCOUNT FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO REFUND YOUR TOKENS*
1. Scan the QR code on your bracelet/card with your smartphone camera.
2. Log in or create an account.
3. Refunds can be requested per token by clicking on the “Manage Wallet” button.
4. Eco tokens are non refundable
5. Select the token type you would like to refund, and click on “Refunds” and then “Request Refund.”
6. Provide us with your IBAN number on which you would like to receive the refund.
7. Once the refund is requested, you can track the status of your refund. You will be notified when your request is accepted and processed.
8. Refunds start on Wednesday after the event and are refundable for one week.
