Golden sunsets, cool drinks, and live music that hits just right. Down by the Sea is where beach vibes meet unforgettable beats. For two magical nights, experience intimate performances from top artists, all with the sand between your toes and the ocean as your backdrop.
We bring two days full of live music to the beautiful beach of Knokke-Heist. From Friday August 14th til Saturday August 15th you can enjoy your favorite music on the beach, with our headliner performing at sunset. Ready to dive in?

Frequently asked questions
How do I get there?
You can reach the festival by Get Driven, bike, tram, train, taxi, or car. Bike parking is available near the entrance. The nearest tram stop is “Heist Willemspark” (300m from the site). If traveling by train, get off at Duinbergen station, which is a 10-minute walk from the festival. There’s also free parking in Zeebrugge, from where you can take a tram to “Heist Willemspark.”

What are eco cups?
1 ECO CUP = 1 EUR
You can refund the exact amount of cups, cans & bottles ordered at your bracelet.
How do I top up?
Scan the QR code on your bracelet with your camera (NOT THE BANK APP) and top up the amount you want.
How do refunds of tokens work?
Unused tokens can be refunded from wednesday 19 august at noon until tuesday 18 of august at midnight.
How do I get there?
We advise our guests to come by public transport (tram, bus, taxi) Or by foot or bike.
Drop off for Get Driven drivers in front of the door.
There are no parking facilities near the entrance of DBTS.
